Timeframe for Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days after delivery of your order. After 7 days from when your item is delivered, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@fabrix.in or via WhatsApp on our official customer service number. You will need to share a clear image of the invoice and photos of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
Pickup & Self-Shipping Process
After approval of your return/exchange request, we will arrange for a reverse pickup from your location. Before handing the package to the courier, please take a photo of the sealed package with the courier person visible. If pickup is not available at your location, you may self-ship the item to our warehouse using any trusted courier service. Please include your order number and share the courier receipt with us.
Condition of Returned Items
Products must be returned in unused, unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected. Returned items will be checked by our team before approval of exchange or refund.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If your item is defective, damaged during delivery, or if you receive the wrong item, please report the issue within 24–48 hours of delivery. Send us clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
Exchange Process & Conditions
Once your return is received and inspected, we will ship your replacement product from our warehouse. Exchanges are subject to product availability (size, design, etc.). If there is a price difference between the original and replacement item, we will notify you for balance payment or refund adjustment.
