Order Processing

At Fabrix, we take pride in ensuring your premium shirts are packed and shipped with care. All orders are processed within 24–48 working hours of being placed. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS confirmation along with a tracking link to monitor your shipment.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery time depends on your location. For metro cities, orders usually arrive within 3–5 business days, while non-metro and remote locations may take 5–7 business days. Please note that unforeseen delays due to weather conditions, festive rush, or courier partner issues may extend the delivery time slightly. Our team will keep you updated in such cases.

Shipping Charges

Fabrix offers free shipping across India on all prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal handling fee of ₹50 may apply. All applicable charges, if any, will be clearly mentioned at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Cash on Delivery is available for orders up to ₹1599. For orders above this value, we request customers to use prepaid payment methods for a smooth and hassle-free delivery process. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery, as courier personnel may not carry change.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can use this link to track the real-time status of your package until it reaches your doorstep. If you face any issues while tracking your order, our support team will be happy to assist you.
