Online Registration
Registration on the Fabrix website is free and does not obligate you to purchase any product. To place your first order, you are required to register with accurate and complete details. Once registered, an email confirmation will be sent to you. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and confidential. Fabrix will not be held liable for any loss or damages that occur as a result of unauthorized access or misuse of your account. You may update your details at any time by logging into your profile on the website.
Pricing & Availability
All prices displayed on the Fabrix website are valid only in India and apply on the day they are viewed. In the event of an obvious or inadvertent error in price, product details, or descriptions, Fabrix reserves the right to correct such errors and is not obligated to honor incorrect prices. If such a situation arises, you will be contacted and offered the option to either cancel your order for a full refund or proceed with the corrected details.
Order Tracking
Once you place an order, you can track its progress by logging into your account and accessing the “My Orders” section. You will also receive updates about your order via email and, in some cases, SMS notifications.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact Fabrix customer care before the order has been dispatched. Once the product has been shipped, cancellations will not be possible. In such cases, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with Fabrix’s Returns Policy.
Delivery
Fabrix provides delivery across serviceable pin codes in India. Standard delivery usually takes between two to seven working days depending on your location. Deliveries are carried out between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM from Monday to Sunday. Deliveries to remote or outlying areas may require additional time and may also attract an additional surcharge calculated at checkout. It is important that someone responsible is available at the delivery address to receive the products, and valid identification may be required upon delivery. While Fabrix partners with reliable third-party couriers, the company cannot be held liable for delays or damages caused by courier partners.
Payment
Fabrix accepts multiple payment methods including debit and credit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallet payments. Payments are processed through secure gateways, and where applicable, 3D Secure authentication is used for added protection. Payment is debited from your account only after your order has been confirmed for dispatch.
Refunds & Returns
Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds may take up to seven business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider. Fabrix accepts returns and exchanges within seven days of delivery provided that the product is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all labels and tags intact. Any damaged or defective items must be reported to customer care within 48 hours of receipt, along with photographs for verification. During promotional sales or special offers, products may only be eligible for exchange and not refunds unless the item is defective.
